The top of a fence helps set the character of an outdoor space. Our new Crescent Top Lattice introduces a gently arched silhouette above Greenwood’s horizontal fence boards, bringing a softer outline and a distinctive geometric pattern to the modular collection.
It is a design for people who want privacy through the main body of the panel, with a decorative detail that remains visible above it. Along a patio, beside a garden or across a residential boundary, that curved finishing line gives the fence a character of its own.
Meet the Crescent Top Lattice Design
Crescent Top Lattice features a laser-cut aluminum lattice with a repeating geometric pattern. The upper edge rises gently toward the center of each section, then returns toward the posts, creating a sequence of shallow arches along the fence run.
The horizontal boards below provide a solid visual foundation. Above them, the patterned openings introduce light and views through the decorative portion. The combination lets the fence frame an outdoor space while giving its upper edge a more open appearance.
Look at the design as a complete run as well as a single panel. The repeated curve becomes part of the landscape, particularly where the fence is visible from a seating area, a garden path or the windows of the home.
The Lattice Also Serves as the Top Rail
The arched lattice is positioned at the top of the fence and also serves as the top rail. The lattice and upper profile form one welded assembly, bringing the decorative pattern and finishing edge together.
That detail is central to the design. When comparing Greenwood styles, consider both the shape of the top line and the pattern inside it. Crescent Top Lattice adds a curved profile and geometric detail within the same finishing piece.
For your project, have the complete panel configuration reviewed with Greenwood and your installer. The selected design, material, height and site layout should be considered together.
Choose From Composite, Vinyl and Aluminum Options
The Crescent Top collection includes eight listed combinations, all shown with black aluminum framing and standard posts:
Composite: Five Wood-Inspired Colors
Choose from Aspen Brown, Cedar, Charcoal, Sandy Birch and Storm Grey. The horizontal boards bring wood-inspired texture beneath the geometric aluminum lattice.
For a closer look at the combination shown in the lifestyle image, explore the Aspen Brown composite configuration. Compare the finish with your home’s brick, siding, paving and planting before deciding.
Vinyl: Mykonian White or Woodgrain Walnut
The vinyl options offer two different looks. Mykonian White creates a bright contrast with the black frame and lattice, while Woodgrain Walnut brings a woodgrain appearance to the panel.
The Mykonian White vinyl configuration makes it easy to see how the arched black lattice stands out above a lighter infill.
Aluminum: Matte Black
The Matte Black aluminum configuration carries a dark, coordinated appearance through the infill, frame and lattice. It is an option to compare when you want the fence’s overall outline and geometric pattern to lead the design.
Balance Decorative Openness With Your Privacy Goals
The lattice portion is intentionally open. When planning the fence, consider what can be seen through that upper band from the places where people will actually stand or sit.
A patio at ground level, an elevated deck and a neighboring window create different sightlines. Review those views alongside your preferred height, and request samples to assess the infill color in your own outdoor light.
The listed configurations are shown at six feet. Ask our team about the available setup for your chosen design and property rather than assuming every height or layout uses the same components.
Bring the Crescent Top Look to Your Project
Crescent Top Lattice adds another way to make a Greenwood fence part of the overall landscape design: horizontal boards below, geometric detail above and a gently curved line connecting the two.
