Modular Fence Semi-Privacy Spacer
The Greenwood Fence (GWF®) 2-inch Semi-Privacy Spacer is a matte black powder-coated aluminum profile engineered to create consistent 2-inch openings between infill boards in semi-privacy panel designs within the Modular Composite Fence and Gate System. Cut from the same 13/16 inch wide by 7/16 inch deep universal profile used across the modular system, the spacer seats between composite, vinyl, or aluminum infill boards to hold each opening at a precise 2-inch dimension across the full panel width. No fasteners are required; the spacer is secured by the load of the surrounding infill boards, rails, and aluminum slats, which lock it in position as the panel is assembled. This 2-inch dimension is the most common opening size in the semi-privacy family, offering a balanced sightline that filters direct visibility while maintaining airflow and natural light through the fence line. For narrower openings, the 1-inch Top Spacer serves the same modular role. A 4-inch semi-privacy spacer is available for wider openings, and custom spacer lengths can be ordered on request for specialized designs.
