The Greenwood Fence (GWF®) Modern Flat Post Cap is a matte black cast-aluminum cap engineered exclusively for the 2-3/4 inch Standard Post within the Modular Composite Fence and Gate System. Manufactured from cast-mold aluminum with a matte black powder coat finish, the cap delivers a clean, flat top surface with crisp 90-degree edges that define the modern architectural expression across the fence line. Internal molded ribs create a pressure-fit connection with the post’s exterior walls, holding the cap securely in place through friction alone without screws, adhesives, or visible hardware. This fastener-free installation is what makes the modern flat aesthetic possible: no screw heads to interrupt the silhouette, no penetrations to compromise the top of the post, and a clean square profile visible from every angle.
