Shipping and Return Policy

Greenwood Fence Shipping Policy:

When placing an on-line order, the customer can choose the carrier via LTL Freight Shipments.  Please be sure to have an area clear and ready for the materials upon delivery. When delivery arrives, please inspect all packages and materials for damage or shortages, prior to signing for the shipment. If unable to inspect at time of delivery, due to time or weather restraints, please mark shipping documents with “Subject to Inspection” and contact us as soon as possible to file a claim.  If the unfortunate circumstance arises, where you have received the wrong or damaged product, please take pictures and email them to info@greenwoodfence.com You can also call our Customer Service Representatives at (888)243-3623 for further instructions.

Greenwood Fence Return Policy:

Please contact Greenwood Fence at (888)243-3623 or info@greenwoodfence.com prior to shipping materials for a return.

Materials purchased from Greenwood Fence that need to be returned, must be done within 30 days of delivery.  Returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom or Special-Order Products cannot be returned. Please ask one of our sales representatives at the time of order to make this determination. Customer is responsible for all freight and related charges for returned products. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been loaded onto a truck for delivery.
