Found out about this company on a fluke. A friend, knowing that I was thinking about replacing an old chain link fence, noticed a small satellite fence office by the Norwood Park Circle. Him and I decided to go there a few days later, just to check it out. Armed with a plat of survey and footages, we went in. Not thinking anything would pan out. We met Joe D. (the rep), He was very patient with me, I tend to be a pain. He showed samples and was very informative. Decided to go to the main office in Addison to look at full fence samples. Thought that the fencing was a bit pricey, but the low maintenance brought me around. Joe D. referred me to Martin Torres, a preferred installation contractor. Can’t say enough about these two guys. Joe D. was always on point and Martin’s installation was flawless. Receiving nothing but compliments from the neighbors. Very satisfied with the project. Sorry about the novel. Thanks everyone.

We love our Greenwood composite fence. Jordan from GWF made it an easy process. He was able to help us from end to end. Measuring, permit, delivery, and install. He took the time to explain anything I was concerned about. The guys doing the instillation were awesome. Their meticulous attention to detail made it feel like they were reading my mind. I would go outside to ask them to do something, only to see it was already don’t the way I wanted. The composite fence looks great and seems really durable. We are looking forward to maybe years of maintenance free enjoyment of our backyard.

Our composite fence project was just done four days ago. We are so happy with our new fence and the privacy that now we have is so much worth it. It truly makes a difference from the before and after. The service provided by Jordan from Greenwood Fence was exceptional. Jordan guided us through the entire process of putting up our new fence from getting the materials we needed all the way through contracting the installer for our new fence. Jordan was always very reachable either through email, text messages, or phone calls. He truly held our hand until the end of the project. He hired the best installers for us (please note- if you have an installer, you do not have to go through Greenwood Fence, but we didn’t know one and wanted the job to be done the right way). You will not have any complaints about the installers, Ruben’s crew, know what they are doing. His crew is very professional, clean, and hardworkers because they will be there before 7:30 am and leave at 8:00 pm. The crew will not only removed the debris from the old fence, but make sure everything is spotless, just the same way it was before, but better because there is a new fence. Definitely, I recommend Greenwood Fence and if I ever have another fence project, I know we can count on them again. I can't say enough, Jordan thank you so much for everything and to Greenwood Fence for having you on their team.

I replaced an existing old wood fence with Greenwood Fences Elite Deluxe compost fence in cedar brown. Prior, I had investigated vinyl fencing options. Though more costly than vinyl, the Greenwood fence was worth the additional money. The composite material is far more substantial. The cedar color framed in black is striking. The installation went without a problem, and the clean up was done well. A great company to work with. I also wish to say that their level of customer service was also superior. Michelle Campisi guided the process from material selection to installation. She went out of her way to make herself available for questions, even on the weekends. She was instrumental in making the project a success.

Purchased a 6x6 horizontal slate fence section to use as a windbreak for a seating area. I am very impressed with the quality of this product and can't wait for Spring to get here to install it. Arlet gets a A+++ for her customer relations and a pleasure to work with. I looked at other products online much cheaper but I'm glad I found this one. There is a great warranty but from what I've seen I don't think I will need it however it's nice to know it's there.

We recently installed our first Greenwood Fence Gate and a small portion of fence, and the quality of their product is second to none. Greenwood Fence has the most beautiful fences. Every customer we install for is extremely happy with how they look. These fences will make your yard and home stand out among the others. UPDATE: two years on and one of the fence post caps fell off. My husband called customer service and Lisa was fantastic. We had replacement parts within the week. It was great customer service. So many contractors forget about you the minute the check clears, not Greenwood fence, they stand behind the product and service. Thank you Lisa. - PRIOR The whole process was seamless, from the interaction with the administrative team to the estimator. Its a great product, the workers were prompt, extremely polite, and did an excellent job on the installation. They cleaned up after the job and it looked wonderful. We love our new fence! If you want beautiful, durable and low maintenance fences, go with composite and Greenwood Fence is the place to go. It’s worth the money! They carry high quality materials and their composite panels come in beautiful colors. Got mine in cedar and it looks just like real wood. What really stood out is their exceptional service from start to end. They’re super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Greenwood Fence is so wonderful to work with. I have seen the fences in my neighborhood and contacted them. I got an immediate response, a quote and even an estimated date for installation that was met. The manager Pete was always available as was Sal and the workers was so good, on time and so efficient. The fence looks great and I am very happy. It may cost more than a traditional wooden or plastic fence but it’s zero maintenance and you get what you pay for, quality work and a quality product. Greenwood Fence was GREAT from start to finish. Lisa and Michelle in the office were always able to answer questions we had. The product itself is very good. I am very familiar with composite, I just did a deck using Trex Decking 2 years ago. With GWF staff they took us step by step and did not leave us out in the dark. We replaced our old pressure treated wood fence for this Cedar Composite. Peter, the installer and his guys are the best. They were prompt, meticulous, courteous and above all easy to work with. My thought process is "One and Done" ! I will never have to power wash and stain my fence. I can take a garden hose and wash off my fence. HIGHLY, HIGHLY,HIGHLY RECOMMEND GWF and there recommended installer, Peter.

Greenwood fence is the best. I have been working on my back yard for 2yrs, quote after quote and I was not satisfied with any. The quality of the fence is the BEST!!!!! Worth every penny spent. And the staff is awesome very helpful. I LOVE MY FENCE!!!!!

I cannot say enough about this company! Demitri is the best! The quality of the product is incredible. I had several quotes from other companies - some for less money and some for double the price I paid. No one could match the quality, color or delivery/installation time.

In short, Greenwood Fence is the Apple of fences. Simple and functional, clean modern look that will outlast any other fence, be it vinyl or wood. Their fence will enhance the look of your house installed by Piotr (Peter) and his crew. Piotr makes sure that the posts and fence levelling are done right. The aluminum posts are installed at 42" below grade, that's almost the foundation depth required by most townships- can't ask for more there. And the gate posts are iron-very very sturdy. From beginning until the end, the job is done in a meticulously clean manner. My project was a little more challenging with other sub-contractors on site as well and with a limited time schedule on hand, but Piots showed up to the job site early and finished it before their time. Dimitry (fence material supplier at GWF) and his team are very courteous over the phone and in person. His team will make sure the product is available and that no hiccups occur when it's installation time. When it's clean up time, everything is removed from the jobsite and then Piotr's crew cleans the fence with soapy water and brush and hoses it down twice, what more to ask for? Stop debating, upfront cost maybe a little bit more than the "competition," but their fence will outlast any other. In all, a well thought out product with a great execution team.

We had a great experience with greenwood fencing. Me and my husband looked at various places and got a different estimates from each one. Unfortunately with the pandemic going around, few would come out and measure or even reply. After a headache from a terrible company, we decided to go to greenwood fence. From the beginning we were treated professionally. From the initial phone call from the secretary, to the measuring process, to the actual installation from peter (outside contractor from greenwood fence) it was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was great and courteus. Now our fence looks amazing and we would like to thank greenwood and all their employees for such a great job. Definetly would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a great fence 🙂
